Natural gas processing
Natural gas is made up of different hydrocarbons, CO2, sulfur compounds, mercury, water, O2, and N2. Gas conditioning systems must deliver dry, clean gas in order to fulfill the requirements for pipelines or natural gas liquefaction. During the conditioning process, products such as methane, ethane, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), and natural gas liquids (NGL) are formed. During the GtL (gas-to-liquids) natural gas refinement, LPG, or even base chemicals develop.
